Walking throughout the inspection with him, as someone who has close to zero knowledge on house maintenance, I felt so knowledgeable by the end of it. He informed me of every detail and issue that he came across in a very knowledgeable and educated way. His report and summary were incredibly informative and easy to read which we appreciated immensely. 10/10 would recommend him any day of the week for a home inspection.
